Awesome place to get a good workout! I love it because of my arthritis lets me actually workout the whole body without pain.

My husband and I went to this natatorium for the first time today. Back in my home country, I had been to pools like this countless times, but since this was my very first time in the US, I of course tried to find as much information as possible about how this specific facility is set up. My husband was born and raised here in the RGV, but he had never been to natatoriums before, so for him it was a new experience as well. Overall, I really liked it! The price for a daily pass is only $5! Just amazing! Now, for those who are either from abroad and coming here for the first time, or who have never been to pools like this at all: The changing rooms are located on the left (for men) and on the right (for women) sides right after the lobby, meaning in the area where the pool itself is. Inside the changing rooms there are lockers, toilet stalls, and showers with curtains. The lockers do not lock, so you need to bring your own lock. The pool we swam in is 7 ft deep (for those who, like me, are from a country that uses meters – that’s a little over two meters 😄). There weren’t many people, so my husband and I were able to swim comfortably in one lane. Recommend! ❤️

Gorgeous new venue for UTRGV! State of the art facility. Wonderful meet-GO Vaqueros!

You can’t go wrong with this facility. It’s generally clean and inviting. Staff isn’t friendly and showers are well maintained.
